I am in New Mexico. I was given a couple leaves several months ago. Its been indoors the whole time. Im curious about it being outside in this dry dessert climate. It is better to just keep it inside? Our house is kept at 71 degrees in the day but at night i set it to 68. Perhaps the temperature difference is enough being the sun isnt shining on it at night either? I keep the plant in a south facing window.

How invasive is it?

For stucco should we worry about water going into the hole? If yes how do you recommend to seal it?

So all I need is Canna Coco coir, pumice and gold worm poop to do this for baby seeds to mature ones without any fertilizer? I'm worried I didn't add enough but if I add anymore then there would be too much moisture and since it does contain micros then what should I use that will keep my plants even more happy? I'm growing super sweet cherry tomatoes and sweet basils. Added bti which is claimed to be natural, so I don't have to get fungus gnats. They're annoying. Hopefully you can help me out with some tips and tricks.

Love that you go over the full cycle of Iris care in a clear and simple way! For replanting after rhizome cures, is it best to do it in fall or spring? Or just as soon as sliced area dries pop it where you want it?

My lavender is potted on a Southern California rooftop patio. I noticed it gets very hot and they require slightly less sun and more water regularly. Any tips for maintaining their health in their pots on a hot rooftop? They were on death’s doorstep a few weeks ago, but the green and purple are slowly coming back.

Hi Devin. I garden in Frankfort, Kentucky which is also US growing zone 6B. I grow a Veronica plant and I can't remember the variety name at the moment. It blooms well in full sun, but it flops something terrible. The blooms hang downwards so I have to use supports to hold them up. The foliage also looks sparse. Of course, we in KY are in a drought/heatwave right now. That might have something to do with it. I'm going to look for the "Royal Candles" variety and replace the one I have in my garden. I have read through numerous articles and watched who knows how many videos just trying to find the exact info (how to correctly prune back a big leaf to control growth) you provided very simply here. I love my Veronica Speedwell plants. I have them in purple and lavender colors growing in my full sun gardens with my sedum and lavender. I too have the shorter version. They are deer resistant, which is very important to me because I have many deer perusing my gardens on a daily basis. Thanks for showing us another good video, Devin. I always enjoy them.

Not sure why golden creeping jenny is being promoted. It is not native and also can be invasive.
